Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 4–5 fresh figs, sliced, or 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 80g Smoked Prosciutto, torn
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey, optional
Recipe:
  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 200°C (400°F).
  1. Assemble Tart
    Lay pastry on lined baking sheet. Spread goat cheese, arrange figs or fig jam, scatter prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle herbs and pepper.
  1. Egg Wash
    Brush pastry edges with beaten egg.
  1. Bake
    20–25 mins until golden and crisp.
  1. Serve
    Optionally drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
