Ingredients:
  • 100g Prosciutto, thin slices
  • 500g potato gnocchi, fresh or frozen
  • 80g Parmigiano Reggiano, thin slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Honey or balsamic glaze, optional
Recipe:
  1. Fry the gnocchi
    Heat oil/butter in pan over medium-high. Fry gnocchi until crispy (5–7 mins).
  1. Assemble
    Let gnocchi cool slightly. Create a stack with the gnocchi, prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano skewer together with a toothpick. Garnish
    Add herbs. Optional: drizzle with honey or balsamic.
  1. Serve Warm
