1. Promotion Period:

This prize draw is ongoing, with a new prize winner selected on the first of every month.

2. Eligibility:

The promotion is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia who are over 18 years old. Employees of De Gustibus, Prodotti Ltd., and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry Method:

To enter, simply subscribe to the De Gustibus newsletter on our website at https://www.degustibusbrand.com/enjoy. Each month, all active newsletter subscribers will be automatically entered in that month’s prize draw.

4. Marketing Consent:

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to De Gustibus and Prodotti Ltd. collecting, using, and sharing your information for marketing purposes, per New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at marketing@prodotti.co.nz.

5. Prize:

Each month, one lucky winner will receive $100 worth of De Gustibus products. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products.

6. Winner Announcement:

Winners will be notified via email on the first day of each month.

7. Redraw:

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

8. Delivery:

Prizes will be delivered to one address within New Zealand or Australia as specified by the winner.
